Understanding your itemised quote
What each part of a quote means, and how to ask about anything in it.
Every quote lists each piece of work as its own line, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. A request for a logo, business cards and social banners, for example, has three lines.
Each line shows
- The item, such as “Logo design”.
- What's included, such as the number of concepts and revision rounds.
- Its price in US dollars.
Below the lines you'll see the total, the estimated delivery date and when the quote expires.
If something isn't right
Message us from the quote before accepting it. We can remove items, change what's included or explain any line. We'll send an updated quote with the changes.
Starting prices on our site are the minimum for each service. Your quote is never lower than the starting price, and depends on the scope you ask for.
