How refunds are worked out

Work starts when we assign a specialist and begin your order, and your status changes to In progress.

Full refund

• You cancel before work starts.
• We can't deliver what was described in your quote.
• We miss the agreed date by more than 7 days for reasons within our control, and you cancel.
• We cancel the order ourselves.

Partial refund

If you cancel after work starts, the cancellation fee reflects how far the order has progressed, such as concepts drafted or pages built. The rest of your payment is refunded. You always see the exact fee before you confirm.

Not refundable

Official fees already paid to government bodies, and third-party costs you approved that we've already paid, such as ad spend or domain registrations.
