From your first request to the final download, in five stages.
Every job, whether it's a single article or a full website, follows the same five stages. You always know what happens next and nothing is final until you approve it.
- Request: pick a service or describe what you need, attach any files and send it. This is free and doesn't commit you to anything.
- Quote: we reply with an itemised quote in US dollars that lists each item, what it includes and its price.
- Accept and pay: if you're happy with the quote, accept it and pay in full. Your payment is held while we work.
- Preview and revise: your specialist shares a preview. Approve it, or request changes with notes and attachments.
- Approve and download: once you approve the final delivery, the payment is released and your files are ready to download.
