Approving the final delivery

When the final version is ready, review it the same way as any preview. Approving it does three things: it completes the order, releases the payment and confirms your files are final.

If you don't respond

If you don't approve or request changes within 14 days of the final delivery, we'll send a reminder. If there's still no response 7 days after that, the order is treated as approved.

Check everything carefully before approving. Once an order is approved it can't be cancelled, but you can always start a new request for further changes.
