What you can upload, size limits and how to share larger files.
You can attach up to 3 files to a request, each up to 20 MB. Accepted formats are PDF, Word, Excel, images, AI, PSD and ZIP.
Larger or more files
- Put several files into one ZIP.
- Reduce image sizes if print quality isn't needed yet.
- Share a link from a cloud service such as Google Drive or Dropbox in your description, with access set so anyone with the link can view.
Only send files you have the right to use, such as your own logo and photos, or licensed images.
