What file formats you'll receive

Formats are listed in your quote. If you need something specific, such as a format your printer asks for, mention it in your request.

• Logos and brand assets: vector files (SVG, PDF, AI or EPS) for print and scaling, plus PNG for everyday use, in colour, black and white.
• Print designs: print-ready PDF with bleed, plus PNG or JPG previews.
• Social media and ads: PNG, JPG or MP4 sized for each platform.
• Written content: Word or Google Docs, ready to paste.
• Websites and apps: the live site, plus access to the code and accounts where agreed in your quote.
• Plans, reports and registrations: PDF, plus copies of any official documents issued.

Editable source files, such as layered design files, are included where your quote says so.
